Returns Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, however, should you wish to return your purchase, we offer you the choice of exchange or full refund. See below for further details.

Damaged Goods:

Goods are deemed to have been received in good order after 14 days of receipt. You may return any faulty/damaged goods within 14 days after the order being made for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs will be refunded to those wishing to exchange the damaged goods.

Unwanted goods:

Unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days after the order being made, provided they are unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Replacement products will be shipped at our expense. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used. 4men cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and we advise the use of registered shipping to return products. Please note we are unable to refund any postage cost.

Order cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled provided the goods have not been dispatched.

Other Terms:

We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) without being liable for any damage or costs due to, among others, incorrect or misleading address or a possible fraudulent transaction. If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be made to the customer in each case.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
